It is our goal to provide tasty and nutritious meals to all students!
The staff at Dover Eyota Food & Nutrition take pride in the meals they prepare. Scratch cooking is done as often as we can and fresh ingredients are offered that have minimal processing. We use a variety of local vendors, people who attended Dover Eyota as children themselves!
We serve the lunches on real trays with real silverware in an effort to have as little paper waste as possible.
Some of the staff members at DE have been here long enough to see a second generation of students coming in. It is very rewarding to watch the students go from grade to grade each passing year and know we helped brighten their day with a warm greeting and a lunch that energized them for the rest of the school day.
