Hi! Welcome to early childhood! My name is Alli Kittleson. I am married and have five kids. My husband Rod and I live on an acreage near St. Charles. The 2017/2018 school year will be my 5th year teaching at Dover-Eyota. This year I will be teaching Look at Me I’m Three and Footsteps. My biggest passion is spending time with children and teaching them about the world we live in. However, I also find time for photography, scrapbooking, baking, gardening, mowing, camping, boating, hiking, helping my husband build our house, woodworking, landscaping, planting trees, garage saling, and finding bargains!

I graduated from St. Ansgar High School in St. Ansgar, Iowa in 1994. I went to Des Moines Area Community College in Ankeny, IA, where I graduated with a Commercial Art Degree in 1996. Rod and I married that same year and I gave birth to our preemie twins 13 months later. I was a busy at home mother for ten years and very involved in early education with my own children. I decided to further my education and in 2007 began to pursue a bachelor’s degree. In 2011 I graduated from Winona State University in Winona, MN with a bachelor’s degree in Elementary Education with an Early Childhood Emphasis.

I look forward to teaching, learning, and having fun in the year ahead. It is a blessing to be working with so many young children and their families in both of these programs!
