It has been great to have had such a fun collection of parents, community members that have volunteered for D-EVN since the online broadcasts (livestreams) began in December of 2015!

Our first season of broadcast coverage had a great group of initial volunteers to help make those productions a reality. Thank you to the following that gave us the ability to broadcast nearly every home girls and boys basketball game in 2015-2016

Our Winter Sports Season collection of volunteers for 2016-2017, and again for 2018-2019. Many helped out with all the sports the past two seasons: Boys Basketball, Girls Basketball and Wrestling. The efforts of these people allowed D-EVN to provide broadcast coverage of nearly every home Varsity event we had the last two winter seasons! THANK YOU!

The Fall of 2018 saw us have a volunteer that made Volleyball Coverage a reality for the first time! We continued to have great volunteers that made Girls Soccer, Boys Soccer and Football get covered very very nearly every home match and game! THANK YOU!

2019-2020 had most volleyball games covered, football games were covered (though we had a skeleton crew for the first home game!), and the Tuma family once again helped out for Soccer. Boys and Girls Basketball had most games covered, but we had a few games that couldn’t be produced because we didn’t have available volunteers. Wrestling once again had coverage this year!

2020-2021 – Weird year with the COVID-19 Pandemic. Soccer began around its usual time, but with a reduced schedule, with Section playoffs and no State Tournament. Volleyball and Football at first were going to be moved to early Spring, then that changed and they both played a reduced schedule that didn’t begin until the second week of October! We also added in Jr. High, 9th Grade and JV matches for Volleyball because spectators were not allowed, or numbers were severely limited. Then the situation continued for Winter activities and events, with 7th and 8th grade basketball games at the Elem because spectators weren’t allowed, and the interesting set-ups and schedules for Wrestling! And EVERY SINGLE HOME EVENT was able to be livestreamed either on the NFHS Network (regular season soccer) or on Facebook Live (everything else for this strange season!). Couldn’t have done it without the volunteers! THANK YOU!

2021-2022 – Events, games and matches were – for the most part – back to being like they were prior to the start of the COVID-19 pandemic. There was still some restrictions and mask wearing requirements in place much of the school year, but it was great to see people back at the venues to cheer on their favorite teams and players! This was the first year that we had the use of the automated Pixellot systems at the Varsity Gym and the Soccer/Football field. Those systems reduced the reliance on volunteers, but certainly didn’t mean that volunteers weren’t needed! We still had many talented announcers, and some help with events that couldn’t be covered with the Pixellots!
